The challenge
When Alì Supermercati began its journey with Interacta, the company was looking for a tool capable of improving internal communication, but above all of building a cohesive corporate community, which would allow people to feel “close” even if they were located in different stores.
The main challenge was to ensure that every employee, from frontline workers to top management, could feel like they were an active part of corporate life.
The solution
Alì used Interacta to create a strong corporate community, foster open dialogue, and give a voice to employees across all locations, even the most remote ones.
Now, through the “Talk to Us” community, every employee has a space where they can privately talk to the company management to highlight difficulties, suggest areas for improvement, or ask for advice.
The platform has also been used as a support for corporate training, where subscriptions can be collected and educational material can be disseminated immediately.
Interacta is, above all, a space for connection and participation. That's why Alì Supermercati has been using the platform to launch and manage some corporate events.
“For several initiatives, we are asking people to be involved from the planning. The social-network-like experience of Interacta creates a natural movement from below, with employees generating content without the need to craft editorial plans", says Emmanuele Butturini, People Manager at Alì.

With Interacta, Alì has created an active corporate community, where employees and managers communicate directly and without barriers. Now colleagues, even from different stores, can collaborate more easily and feel part of a single corporate world.
Interacta's adoption rate has risen to over 60%. The platform's ease of use and social approach have convinced even the least tech-savvy people to interact and understand the project's goals.
Interacta has become a point of reference for the entire company: some departments have specific communities dedicated to them (warehouses, for example), and spaces are devoted to continuous training, with an abundance of online courses and audiobooks.
High participation from below has led people to contribute to events and initiatives in a much faster and more natural way. This is the case of a series of itinerant events, born from an idea shared by an employee on Interacta and transformed into a corporate format that will involve all Alì collaborators and all 118 stores, providing a moment of conviviality and joy.
“We are allowing our colleagues, when possible, to personalize Interacta. We see that this tool has sparked a dialogue that goes beyond simple communication with Top Management ,” says Emmanuele Butturini.
Thanks to Interacta, Alì Supermercati has strengthened the sense of belonging and collaboration within the company, with an increase in the adoption rate of the platform of 70%. Moreover, the company has promoted a strong corporate culture and optimized communication flows among all the offices.
Perfectly in line with the mission of Alì Supermarkets, Interacta has contributed to “improving the life” of Alì’s corporate population since it supports small daily gestures and helps people create an environment in which those who feel good, make others feel good too.
