The challenge
The challenge of Il Negozio del Noleggio began in 2019, when it realized the need for a tool that would bring a deep digitalization of the process of acquiring and managing commercial contacts: from their origin to the delivery of a means of transport.
Until then, at INDN potential customers were processed directly by the sales department and there was not enough time available for complete nurturing activities. A further consequence was the lack of data to understand what was working and what needed to be improved. The process was therefore not functional and is starting to be reviewed.
INDN decides to introduce a new department, responsible for contacting leads and setting up an appointment, and to equip itself with a tool to manage car sales processes. The tool initially chosen, however, was limited. In fact, it did not allow for the processes to be defined based on the company's actual needs.
As Manuel Volta, CEO and project manager, explained to us:
“It is the application that must adapt to our processes and not vice versa”.

The solution
Even though Il Negozio del Noleggio's initial idea was to develop a completely custom application, after an initial analysis and design phase, Interacta had already demonstrated its potential:: that of a flexible tool that could be extended to different company processes , which goes beyond simple CRM.

The turning point in the project then came with the Workflow Manager which allowed Il Negozio del Noleggio to insert new processes and operational activities into the platform. Today INDN uses Interacta for "anything", as Manuel Volta tells us.
Confirming the company's ever-increasing use of Interacta is the data on annual posts, which increased by 873.03% from 2020 to 2021 and by 352.38% from 2020 to 2023.
The presence of the Workflow Manager allows INDN people to independently take care of new entries, always being able to count on the support of the Interacta team.
Today, the processes that are managed through the platform are continually increasing, incorporating more and more rental activities. In recent times, other processes have been added that are not strictly linked to lead management, but more to the various back-office activities to be carried out. Furthermore, thanks to the Interacta App, sellers have finally found an easy and fast way to check the status of opportunities in real time, with notifications on the smartphone and information that is easy to consult even on the go.
For INDN, our platform has also become the database for customer records, inserted in an ad hoc community.
But not only that, by integrating in a personalized way with the application used for the operational management of rentals, Interacta represents the beating heart of every company activity, allowing information to circulate seamlessly between departments. This way, everyone immediately knows the management status of an order and which activities need to be carried out, those pending and those already completed, being able to manage estimates quickly and without losing data along the way.
The versatility of Interacta allows companies to manage different flows and processes within a single location. This avoids the dispersion of information and the confusion caused by the use of too many applications.

Results
Before Interacta Il Negozio del Noleggio worked without the ability to collect and use data. Thanks to Interacta, INDN now has full control of its processes and can derive useful data to grow the businessand make strategic decisions.
Thanks to Interacta many automatic integrations have been introduced, allowing people to save precious time on repetitive everyday tasks. If, for example, a customer fills out the form on the INDN site, this action automatically generates a post within the relevant Interacta community.
The same dynamic has been implemented for phone calls. When calls arrive, posts are automatically generated on Interacta, with all the information on the lead and its management over time. This allows you to obtain some data, including: the number of calls made, the average duration of the latter, the origin of the phone call.
This kind of integration allows negotiations and registries to be linked to communities without the need to merge two tools. Consequently, it is a great way to monitor the status of opportunities: how many calls were handled, how many turned into a contract, which call generated which opportunity. The combinations are potentially endless.
The Rental Shop is made up of a very young team, eager for a usable and intuitive platform, but also fun to be used as a communication and sharing tool: Interacta is all this and it is demonstrated by the daily average of comments on Interacta posts, which has seen a 100% increase from 2020 to 2023.
Speaking of community. Some INDN branches are in commercial affiliation, where one of the main critical issues is: how to transmit the know-how for certain processes to the franchises?
INDN has decided to create a community where best practices, operating manuals and procedures can be inserted, which branches can consult in the blink of an eye. Interacta has thus become the company's Knowledge Center.
