The challenge

From the need for a corporate intranet to the desire to track and speed up processes

It was 2022 and Veroni was faced with the need to improve internal communication . The tool in use at the time did not meet the needs of a rapidly expanding reality and, above all, made up of people working in different plants. It was, therefore, necessary to have a tool capable of actively involving the entire company population and putting frontline workers in contact with other departments, for example human resources.

Veroni identifies Interacta, called to fulfill the function of corporate Intranet . During the first meetings, further operational needs arise from the client: the optimization of some corporate processes.

Previously managed via email and AODocs, processes were fragmented, with no shared system to track progress, and a lack of centralized access to information. Challenges included:

- little collaboration: the lack of a single point of reference and access related to the process made the distribution of the workflow and its collaborative management complex;
- dispersed communication: internal interaction regarding a process was limited and did not reach all members, particularly those in foreign plants.

Sampling management is another process that has been streamlined with Interacta. Store check

Through a natively mobile community, Veroni sales agents can map the positioning of their products and those of their competitors.

The agent, who is physically in a store, can quickly create a post, entering the type of product and uploading some photos. He can also enter information about the price, weight or packaging. This process facilitates the work of agents who are on the move and allows them to collect a history for future analysis.

Complaints and returns management

On Interacta, Veroni has designed a flow for managing complaints and returns , which is also closely linked to administrative and warehouse issues. In a specific community, it is possible to map complaints, specifying their nature. If a return is needed, a post is automatically generated in another community and taken care of by a dedicated team. When the return procedure is closed, the complaint management is also automatically closed.

Champions

Veroni, intent on doing things really well, also set up a community called Champions , made up of people who had the role of previewing the tool and then answering a questionnaire with the aim of proposing improvements and new communities to launch.

Interacta has allowed Veroni to give a strong boost to internal communication.
